Why is the title of my blog Necessary Evil?
First and foremost, it sounds catchy; not to mention (okay, i just mentioned it) that it evokes an imagery of illicitness but perfectly justifiable, something that is urgent and necessary, something that needs to be done even if it could be dispensed with, something that requires one to use reason, logic, and to justify, justify , and then justify some more.
Just as a would-be lawyer should be and should do. Just as I have lived my life or some aspects of it. Just as many of the things I have done with my life. Just as i have learned to deal with life and with circumstances around me. Just as it should be.
There are things we have to do which may be a little bit naughty, a little bit wayward, a little bit out of whack, a little bit damaging to others, a little bit unecessary---but hey, it needs to be done for one's self and for one's development. That which needs to be done no matter what is what you'll call necessary evil .
I love this phrase:it allows me to get away with just about anything. Just the way I really, really, really like it. NYAHAHAHA!!!
